Mission Critical is a small California company that began selling baby carriers for dads since 2014.
Mission Critical Gear began making carriers for dads in 2014. The brother of the founder was having a baby, so the founder made this carrier for him as a gift. People asked about it and so he made more. "Extraordinary gear for extraordinary dads," is their tag line.
